Terms of Service
OpenReply sends an Instagram private reply when someone comments a keyword you chose on your own post or reel. These terms cover what you may use it for, and what it does not promise you.
Who may use it
You may connect Instagram professional accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, and no others. Connecting an account you do not control is a breach of these terms and of Instagram’s.
Access to this instance is granted by invitation. We may withdraw it at any time, and will normally tell you why.
Your campaigns are yours
The keywords, messages, links and public replies you configure are your content and your responsibility. OpenReply delivers exactly what you wrote — it does not compose, edit or moderate your messages, and it will send a mistake as faithfully as it sends anything else.
Do not use it to send anything unlawful, deceptive or harassing, to impersonate anyone, or to distribute content you have no right to share.
Instagram’s rules still apply
You agree to follow the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram’s policies and messaging rules, and the privacy, advertising and anti-spam laws that apply to you. Nothing here overrides them: Instagram can restrict or remove your account regardless of what this service does.
We may rate-limit, pause or disable a campaign that creates a compliance, abuse, security or deliverability risk — including one that risks the standing of the connected Instagram account.
What the service does not promise
OpenReply depends on Instagram’s API, an email provider, and the server it runs on. Any of them can fail or change without notice, and Instagram in particular refuses some messages by design — a person outside the 24-hour messaging window, or one whose settings do not accept messages, cannot be reached at all.
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of any particular message, or any commercial result from using it.
Changes and contact
If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
