Data Deletion
Three ways to remove data from OpenReply, depending on how much you want gone. The first two you can do yourself, right now, without asking anyone.
Disconnect an Instagram account
Sign in, open Settings, and choose Disconnect next to the account. The stored access token is deleted immediately and every campaign attached to that account stops sending.
Disconnecting also removes the campaigns and delivery logs that belonged to that account, because they cannot exist without it.
Delete a single campaign
Open the campaign and delete it. Its keywords, messages, tracked links and delivery log go with it. Use this when you want one campaign’s record gone but the account to keep working.
Erase the whole workspace
Write to ceo@1609plus.com from the email address you sign in with, and say that you want your workspace deleted. Include the Instagram username connected to it, so we delete the right one.
That removes the workspace and everything inside it: your account and sessions, connected accounts and their tokens, campaigns, delivery logs, the Instagram events we received, tracked links and their click counts.
If you only commented on someone’s post
You do not need an account here to have your data removed. If you commented on a post and received an automatic message, write to ceo@1609plus.com with your Instagram username and, if you have it, the post you commented on. We will delete the records that mention you.
What we check, and how long it takes
Before deleting we may ask you to confirm control of the email address or the Instagram account involved — otherwise anyone could erase someone else’s work by writing in.
Requests are handled as quickly as we practically can, and within 30 days at the latest. Deletion is permanent: there is no undo and no copy kept afterwards, other than routine encrypted backups, which age out within 14 days.
